    O que é Design Sprint?

    Design Sprint, ou Service Design Sprint (SDS), é um método criado e muito utilizado dentro do Google para testar novos produtos e serviços. Foi criado pelo Jake Knapp, VP de Inovação, e ganhou muita aceitação no mercado pela rápida maneira de visualizar, testar e criar soluções.

     

    O processo tem duração média de 4-5 dias.

    Mapear

    Definir e mapear os problemas ou necessidades e prioizar o que deve acançar

    Esboçar ideias no papel de como podemos resolver as ideias, parecido com o brainstorming

    Organizar as ideias e priorizá-las, é importante selecionar de 3-5 ideias

    Hora de colocar estas ideias em prática, sim, todas! Criar um mínimo produto viável (ou amável)

    O Design Sprint serve pra você e sua equipe desenvolver produtos ou serviços melhores e mais rápidos. Parecido com o Design Thinking, o método tem foco no usuário final. Porém, com o Design Sprint você consegue validar ideias mais rapidamente por conceder diversos protóripos ao cliente/usuário final.

    Como funciona?

    Como entregamos a solução

    O Design Sprint pode ser facilitado tanto online quanto presencialmente. Uma das premissas é que todas as ideias tenham a mesma chance, tirando algumas variáveis como quem fala melhor ou tem um título mais avançado. O processo é conduzido por um facilitador e pode ser feita com post-its ou virtualmente, no Miro.

    Quanto tempo eu preciso?

    Duração de um Design Sprint

    O tempo é relativo. A versão original, criada pelo Jake Knapp, durava 5 dias. Foi então que o pessoal da AJ&Smart remodelou o método pra 4 dias, e tiveram aprovação do próprio Jake!

    É possível condensar em 2 dias (como fizemos com a Dimed), ou até mesmo fazer 3 mini encontros se a equipe topar o dever de casa!
